WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO PURCHASE ON YOUR SITE?
Given the products we sell, it is imperative that we only serve qualified clients within Canada who are over the age of 19. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule.
HOW CAN I TRUST YOU?
What sets us apart from online scammers claiming to sell legal magic mushrooms is that we have spent years building a solid reputation amongst medical patients and are properly educated in our advocacy for the use of magic mushrooms. Purchasing from a dispensary is not always the smoothest experience, and some patients report an unreasonable amount of paperwork they need to jump through. We have granted medical patients in Canada full access to our site for a safe and easy means to get their medication without turning to the streets.
AM I ALLOWED TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
No. You cannot directly pick up your order from us. For the time being, we only accept payments via email money transfer and can only send your products through mail order.
CAN I PLACE LARGER ORDERS THAN THOSE LISTED ON YOUR SITE?
No. Should you need a larger quantity than what we have listed, simply place multiple orders. You’re free to place multiple orders for all our products.

It has recently come to our attention that more and more websites are popping up that clone our website layout and images as well as plagiarize our copy in an effort to trick our customers and scam people who are actually trying to find our website. Please verify you are in fact at our website by verifying the URL posted in your browser address bar before placing an order.
HOW DO YOU PACKAGE MY SHIPMENT?
We understand that most people require discretion, which is why we only use prepaid Xpress envelopes to package items. The contents are vacuum sealed and bubble wrapped for maximum discretion, protection, and freshness. There are no stickers or texts on the outside of the envelope that indicate magic mushroom so your nosy neighbors won’t think anything of it.
HOW LONG WILL I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE MAGIC MUSHROOM TO ARRIVE?
It all depends on your location in Canada. We send all items via Xpresspost. Delivery usually takes two to three business days under normal circumstances. However, if you reside in a poorly connected rural location, it may take a day or two longer.
DO YOU SHIP MAGIC MUSHROOM OUTSIDE OF CANADA?
No. Under no circumstances will we ever ship outside of Canada. Not even if the sky was falling.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T GET MY PACKAGE?
Don’t worry, if your package does not arrive 2 days after the expected arrival date, shoot us a message and we’ll file a trace with Canada Post personally.. If a trace is filed, Canada Post will conduct an investigation (which can take 5 business days to complete). You will receive the package in a matter of days should they be able to locate it. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable” or lost in transit, we will send you a 1x replacement package up to $500 of the value of your package free of charge. We do not offer postage refunds if your order arrives late due to any postal issues. This excludes packages marked [[Delivered]] but not received by customers. CANADA POST SAYS ||SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED|| BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER
In the event of this, there are two most likely scenarios:
- a) the postal worker put it in the wrong mailbox
- b) what often happens is that a postal worker will scan in all the packages saying they were “successfully delivered” then spend that day and/or the next day delivering it.
If you do not get your package 2 days after the expected delivery date, let us know and we will file a trace with the post office. Canada Post will file an investigation which can take 5 business days to complete. If they can locate the package, they will ship it to you and you’ll get it a few days later. If it’s deemed “unrecoverable”, we will send you a 1x replacement free of charge (UP TO $500).

The investigation involves contacting the addressee to confirm delivery, or to better understand how they receive their mail and, as applicable, if they checked with the front desk, security or mail room at the receiving address to see if someone else accepted the item on their behalf; their Community Mail Box for the item or parcel compartment key; around their property to see if the item was left in a safe location or in a mailbox attached to their home. In rare cases, a delivery scan is entered into our system before the item is delivered. If you become aware that the addressee has received the item before we contact you, simply reply to this email stating that you have received the item.
MY PACKAGE IS GOING TO THE WRONG DESTINATION
If you’re tracking your package on the Canada Post website and it looks like it’s headed to the wrong city, it’s most likely because of human error at Canada Post. While it may be rare, human error is not impossible, as the postal employee has to manually enter each postal code in the system and if they are off by a digit/letter, it can cause a routing error and subsequent delay of 1-2 days. Refer to the tabs above for a full breakdown of the procedure should you not receive your package.
MY TRACKING NUMBER DOES NOT WORK. HELP!
We will email you your tracking number before it’s been scanned in the post office. The tracking number will be unavailable until Canada Post has scanned it in.

CANADA POST SAFE DROP OPTION
Some customers ask for the Safe Drop delivery option. Please be aware that if you select this option, we will not be in a position to cover your product in the event that a loss occurs. However, we do continue to insure and cover the “Do Not Safe Drop” delivery option. Please let us know which delivery option you would like and we will be happy to send it the way you would like!
